abaut's intelligent stockpile analysis is the AI-supported, optical analysis system for stockpiles in raw material operations of all kinds.

Easy installation. Ready to use immediately.

Avoid production downtime caused by crusher blockages.

Know the nature of the pile.

With abaut’s intelligent muck pile analysis, you can make your blasting measurable and controllable. You receive transparent, data-driven insights into the actual fragmentation and its direct impact on operations, such as loading times and material flow, because each individual bucket load is analyzed. This allows you to identify deviations early, respond in a targeted way, and ensure stable workflows and maximum productivity across the entire value chain.

How it works?

See and Understand.

With the help of abaut hardware and state-of-the-art image recognition algorithms, the material is analyzed with every single bucket load.

Control and Prevent

Transparent indication of fragmentation based on your defined classes in SiteView-OS, as well as hints and recommendations directly to the operator.

Real-time, automated
bucket by bucket

No more gut feeling,
time for facts.

abaut replaces complex and expensive drone flights, which only analyze the surface of your blast area, with reliable data right where the material is actually loaded: at the excavator. Fully automated, with no operational downtime and best of all, not just on the surface.

The result: clear facts, plus insights and recommendations delivered directly to the machine operator in the cab.

90%

Fewer production stoppages caused by blocked crushers.

Average cost savings per month.

No more effort needed for planning and evaluating drone flights.

With Rock Size Analysis “Plus,” your machine operators are warned in real time.

With the “Rock Size Analysis Plus” feature, you define in abaut SiteView OS the maximum rock size your crusher can reliably handle.
If this limit is exceeded, the machine operator immediately receives a warning on the in-cab display. This gives an early signal that the material is too large and should not be loaded. The result: significantly fewer production stoppages because crusher blockages are prevented before they happen.
